Scholarly teaching in science and technology
The foundation of the course is informed by discipline-based research, models and practical experiences of teaching and learning in technology, science, computer science and mathematics. The course begins with an introduction to discipline-based research, which will work as the theoretical starting point for practical exercises and discussions. Theoretical parts, practical exercises and discussions are interspersed in the course, all grounded on the personal teaching experience of the participants. The content will to some extent be adapted to the participants' backgrounds and interests. The course consists of six course meetings, and additionally work in between the meetings, e.g. readings and reflections. The course ends with an individual project, linked to participant’s own teaching and subject area.
Course time: two weeks. The course will be in English during 2023.

Scholarly teaching in engineering
The course approaches how we as teachers can work with our engineering students to develop the knowledge and skills they need to get a good start in professional life and remain competitive. How should we support the development of vocational skills and make education more professional? How can we become more efficient at meeting requirements in the degree regulations and from previous evaluations? Part of this may mean that we will use new teaching and examination methods so that our students are better equipped to meet the demands of the future.
Course time: two weeks. The course will be in Swedish during 2023.

The course is based on ethical theory and research literature in ethics, and related areas.
Course time: The first part corresponds to one week of full-time studies. Both parts together correspond to two weeks. The course will be in English during 2022.
