GRADUATION CEREMONY FOR TEKNAT STUDENTS

Warm welcome to the Faculty of Science and Technology's graduation ceremony 2023

The graduation ceremony is a festive event in the University Main Building for all graduating students. During the ceremony, ceremonial diplomas are awarded by the Faculty's Vice-Rector while music is provided by the Royal Academic Orchestra. Guests and graduates are also treated to entertainment and speeches from UTN, the the Vice-Rector and a graduate.

To attend the ceremony, you must have your degree registered in LADOK. Read more here about how to get your degree certificate.

Ceremony dates

Ceremonies will be arranged i on 16 September and on 18 November. All programs are represented on both ceremony days. Maximum number of participants per ceremony is 250.

How can I attend the graduation ceremony?

1. Pre-register
To receive an official invitation to the ceremony, you must first pre-register by submitting a notification of interest. You do not need to have received your degree to pre-register.

Submit a notification of interest for the ceremony on 18 November here.
The pre-registration closes 17 October.

2. Complete registration
If you have pre-registered by submitting a notification of interest, and have had your degree registered in LADOK, you will receive an invitation with a registration link by email. If you would like to attend the ceremony, you must submit an official registration for the ceremony. Registration is open for two weeks.

Note that you must have first pre-registered by submitting a notification of interest before you can officially register.
