Structural Bioinformatics

Structural bioinformatics is focused on analysis and predictions of function and interactions of biological macromolecules using various computational and bioinformatics methods. Many projects include studies of protein synthesis on the ribosome and ligand binding to G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) and enzyme targets.
