SweGreen AB is a Swedish Innovation and Technology company with its focus area on urban and controlled-environment farming and smart buildings. Our team is expanding and we are undergoing fast development hence actively look for strengthening our team with bright students of international backgrounds as well as our technological competencies.
We are seeking a hardworking self-starter individual to work as a part of the team operating our indoor farm in central Stockholm. The role includes coordination of the internal processes and contribute to the ongoing research activities as well. This position entails all aspects of indoor farming including operations, data-gathering and maintenance, hence a background in horticulture is of essence. Part of your routines will be to run trials for developing new products and/or crops that are compatible with our growing system.
Your core duties will include plant care, data analysis and reporting. This position will involve farm operations information monitoring and collection of environmental and production data. Having experience with information collection, we expect you to help us improve our farm activity documentation routines. You will also be a key personnel to monitor crop growth, calculate and coordinate deliveries we work with.

● Interested in hydroponic herb production and indoor growing
● Basic knowledge of growing crops
● Basic understanding of plant essentials
● Experience using Google Drive suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Knowledge
of more advanced data processing applications is an extra merit
● Experience in conducting reports is an add-on
● Grant from Erasmus or Erasmus Mundus programs
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English / other
languages are just a merit
